Two artist friends, Mary Wells & Carol Mansfield have collaborated to share the gallery space in March 2025.

Carol Mansfield is a Fimber-based artist, who has painted for pleasure over many years using a variety of media.

Although she has painted in watercolours for many years, her favourite subjects are landscapes, which are painted in oils – especially scenes of Tresco where she and her family have enjoyed many holidays together.

Beverley artist Mary Wells has been drawing and painting all her life but took it up seriously after retiring from her career as a graphic designer, having oiriginally graduated from Hull College of Art in 1980.

Mary enjoys working across most media and with a variety of subjects . She teaches two art classes each week and also runs occasional art workshops including online programmes.

There will be a preview on Saturday March 8th from 11am – 2pm
