PlayLab2 was an outstanding success!

21st October 2024

PlayLab Part 2 was a great success when it was pereformed over three nights this October at ERT

Following on from our successful PlayLab event this Summer, we were pleased to run a sequel which featured the new works from two emerging writers through our live theatre experience.

PlayLab2 showcased two captivating plays each night over a three-day period, which were delivered in a workshop format, with each play being rehearsed beforehand and then delivered script-in-hand by our cast of professional actors.

One of the plays featrured the voiuce of well known acror, Lesley Sharp, and also included a live stage performance from our very own Vincent Regan. He was also be accompanied by a number of other professional cast members, who together provided an ourstanding perfformance!

As with PlayLab this Summer, we shortlisted a total of ten plays from nearly 200 submissions, which we received from new, emerging and stablished playwrights all around the World. Two of these plays werre then selected for the Autumn performance…
